About Lyn Ryan Group
Lyn Ryan Group was born from a deeply personal experience.
I'm Kaycee Reddick, the founder of Lyn Ryan Group. When someone close to my family reached the end of their life, I saw firsthand how difficult it can be for a family to navigate everything that comes with that season. There were important decisions to make, personal affairs to sort through, and difficult conversations involving children, siblings, and other loved ones, all while everyone was processing their own emotions.
That experience stayed with me.
It showed me that many families aren't unprepared because they don't care. Often, they simply don't know where to begin. Conversations about life insurance, final wishes, important documents, family responsibilities, and what happens when someone becomes seriously ill or passes away can be uncomfortable. So they get put off until a crisis forces everyone to have them at once.
Lyn Ryan Group was created to help families have those conversations sooner.
Today, we help individuals and families protect what matters most through life and health insurance guidance, legacy planning, and practical support for some of life's most difficult transitions.
Our approach isn't about preparing for death. It's about preparing the people you love for life after you.
We believe having a plan is one of the greatest acts of love you can give your family. It can provide clarity when emotions are high, reduce uncertainty and conflict, and allow your loved ones to focus more on one another instead of trying to figure everything out in the middle of a crisis.
Whether you're building your own plan, protecting your family's financial future, or helping a parent or grandparent prepare for what's ahead, you don't have to figure it all out alone.
We're here to help you start the conversation, understand your options, and create a plan your family can actually follow.

"One of the greatest gifts you can leave your family isn't just what you build in life, but the preparation and protection you leave behind."
— Kaycee Reddick, Founder
